Vanilla Beans from Madagascar have a rich, full bodied, creamy, sweet flavor. It is great for flavoring baked goods, ice creams, desserts, teas, liquors and less frequently in seafood and vegetables. It is stronger than Tahitian Vanilla, which is more floral and delicate. Madagascar and Mexican Vanilla are both rich and full bodied but Madagascar is considered more spicy and Mexican more woodsy.
