This salt free, flavorful, mild heat chili powder is delicious in homemade chili, stews, soups, meat rubs, popcorn, enchiladas, rice dishes and deviled eggs. Add cayenne for extra heat or chipotle morita powder for natural smokiness.

Easy Beef Chili:
1lb Beef, such as simple ground or 1-inch cut sirloin
1 Onion, minced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, minced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, minced
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 1/2 Cups Beef Stock

Brown the Beef for 10 minutes over medium heat until cooked through. Add in your minced Onion, Garlic, Green Bell Pepper, and Red Bell Pepper and saute aromatics until translucent and soft, about 5-8 minutes. Stir in the Chili Powder and the Beef Stock and cover, allowing the chili to simmer for 30-45 minutes until the meat has become completely tender and the chile sauce has developed in flavor. (For a thicker chili, allow to simmer with the lid off and stir in a teaspoon of masa or cornflour.) Salt to taste and serve with cornbread or tortillas.
