This delicious, aromatic, flavorful salt free seasoning with tarragon and shallots is excellent with chicken, fish, beef, veal, pork, eggs, potatoes, vegetables, sauces and salad dressing. Try the recipe below for a delicious appetizer.

Bacon, Potato, and Sweet Pea Quiche Bites
15 Mini Pastry Shells, such as frozen Phyllo or Puff Pastry
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup cooked Vegetables, such as Peas and diced Potato
1/2 teaspoon French Market Seasoning
1 Strip of Bacon, diced
1.5 oz Gruyere Cheese, finely grated
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Oil

Thaw or par-bake your pastry shells as per the instructions on the box and preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Sautee the diced bacon in the oil until crispy, then drain. Whisk the egg with the cream, Gruyere, salt, and French Market Seasoning. Gently stir in the cooked diced potato and green peas and the crispy bacon bits. Portion the egg filling up to the top of each pastry shell and bake on a cookie sheet for 7-12 minutes, depending on the size of your shells.
