This delicious curry powder packs a good heat and will help you create a vibrant, spicy hot curry dish for chicken, lamb, tofu, vegetables, soups and stews. Even good for spicy dips or deviled eggs. See recipe below for a simple and delicious
Chicken Vindaloo recipe - or substitute lamb as desired.

Chicken Vindaloo:
1.5lb Chicken Leg or Thigh meat - cut into 2 inch pieces
2 Tablespoons Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Vinegar such as Wine or Palm Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Spice Ace Vindaloo Curry Powder
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 medium Onion - chopped finely
1 small Tomato, pureed or grated through a box grater

Mix Chicken pieces with Yogurt, Vinegar, and Vindaloo Curry Powder and cover to marinate in your refrigerator, preferably overnight. When ready to cook, pour oil into a pan over medium heat and add chicken pieces, stirring to color and cook the meat on all sides. Add 1/4 cup of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the chopped Onion and cook, stirring occasionally for another 20 minutes until the onions are cooked through in the sauce. Add the tomato and cook with the lid on for another 15-20 minutes until the tomatoes have dissolved. Thin with a little water if necessary, and serve with basmati rice or naan.
