Peel the tomatoes and drop them into a blender along with the chicken stock, Mole Coloradito Blend, and nut butter. If using raisins for sweetness, these should be added to the blender. Puree until smooth. Bring the oil to medium heat in a skillet and pour the raw mole into the skillet to cook. The sauce should foam up a little and subside.
